Say YES to change

 

Change can be scary sometimes. If we remember that change brings growth, it may make it easier for us to embrace  change.

This week, Alex Blackwell came over Britetalk Radio and shared some insights on creating positive change. Alex just released his book Saying Yes to Change: 10 Timeless Life Lessons for Creating Positive Change so he had a lot to say on the subject.

How to make peace with your body, flaws and all


 
Would you like to have a better relationship with yourself? Are you unhappy with the way you look? Do you wish your body looked different? Help is on the way.

This is the last episode on the Wide Receiver series. We learned how to bring more abundance into our lives, how to be open to gifts , and how to have better relationships. We’ll now explore how to use the same principles with our body image so we can have a better relationship with ourselves.

We constantly criticize and judge our bodies because we take our bodies for granted. Learn how to make peace with your body so you can stop judging and start enjoying yourself. Exactly as you are!

Make peace with who you are because there is no one else you can be but yourself. You might as well enjoy “you,”  flaws and all!
